At Bella Jade, we stand behind our products.  We hope you love every piece you purchase from us as much as we do.  If a product you purchase from us arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right, please email us. If you are unhappy with an item for any other reason, we will gladly return it, as long as the following conditions are met.  We cannot accommodate exchanges but if you would like to purchase a different item, size, color, etc, please complete a separate transaction and proceed with the return as described below. 
 

 1. Merchandise may be returned, if shipped back to us within Seven (7) Business Days of original delivery, according to USPS Tracking.  Items must be shipped back to us in a sealed, waterproof package.  
 
2. All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS (if applicable) on them and in original packaging. IF YOUR SHOES WERE SENT TO YOU IN A BOX - Shoe boxes must be sent back in another bag or box in order to protect the items and packaging. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the shoe box, or if the shoe box is damaged, your return will not be accepted. If you did not receive a box for your shoes, please return them in the same manner they were sent to you.
 
3. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
 
4. Once we have received your item it will be inspected. If it is approved, a refund for the amount paid for the product will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original card used.  A refund will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.  The customer is responsible for paying shipping charges for any items being returned.
 
5. When making a return, please include the original invoice or packing slip as well as any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.
 
6. The following items are all FINAL SALE and MAY NOT be Returned or Exchanged
  • Any and All DISCOUNTED items
  • Any orders in which a COUPON was applied
  • Clearance items (ending in $__.86)
  • Items Purchased in order to receive a FREE Item (or retail price of that FREE item may be deducted from refund)
  • Holiday Items (including decor)
  • Leggings, Swimsuits, Underwear, Undergarments, and Lingerie
  • Mystery Items
  • Food 
  • Accessories (including: Hats, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Scarves, etc.)
7. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and device screen resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
 
8. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference and we recommend adding insurance to your return shipment.  If the item is damaged during transit back to us, a refund will not be approved.
 
9. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, we will email you to inform you.  Then you will be responsible for contacting us to pay for the return shipping cost back to you. Otherwise we will hold non-returnable merchandise, or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be assumed to be forfeited and will be donated to charity.
